Modern-Day Church Committee
I've been reading James Risen's book "The Last Honest Man." I have only heard about the Church Committee in passing, so it has been revelatory to read about the postwar abuses of power that the CIA and FBI committed. I cannot help but compare some of the more contemporary issues like Russia-gate or the myriad of classified document controversies with the episodes during the 1970's. I am curious to see if you guys think such a bipartisan committee is necessary now, or even possible, given the current political climate in Congress.
Freedom of Speech doesn't work online
Hi Guys, I am a IT Administrator, and from my perspective Freedom of Speech will never be a fully realized thing online. All the data that you write, film and post online is hosted somewhere on services physical hard drives. So long as someone owns the drives they should have a say in what they host on their equipment. We are seeing this with Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, etc. Before you even get to use the services you have to agree to their TOS which basically states its their playground and their data. Another point I think is that so long as there is a algorithm deciding what gets promotion \ demotion you'll never be fair. I heard Saagar say he wants to code in Freedom of Speech in to AI, and I do not know what he means or how you would even achieve that. In your ideal world how would you want Freedom of Speech online to work? I believe that this is more a at scale problem.

Hi Saagar, I have been curious, you seem to do a lot of the business side of the productions. How has being Small Business owner been going? What has been some of the best parts and worst parts. What would you say your title is business wise? If you could offer advice for small production companies what would you give?
